Friends and Co-Creators,

  Today the Golden Coast Mead team has taken an important step towards our goal of becoming a standalone meadery serving the San Diego community.  In making the decision to ask the community to help kickstart our dreams we considered a lot of factors.  The most important one, it turned out, was the demand for our product which we have witnessed over the past year.  The incredible responses we have seen from the craft brewing community convinced us that we had to continue brewing mead and solidify a sustainable production capability.

  From today until July 6th we will be asking for your help to build this foundation for great mead sourced entirely from local ingredients.  Please click on the link to the left to visit our Kickstarter Page and learn more about our plans.  There are some pretty cool rewards and a cool video.
